One-to-one coaching sessions are an opportunity for clients to have a bespoke session, tailored to their needs.
It may be that you have been to a workshop and need some more support.
There may be a specific scenario or meeting you are preparing for. It is totally led by you. Once booked I'll reach out to agree a time and date.

If you have longer term goals you would like to work on, you can take bulk sessions. You may want to crack a particular sector or business, or maybe need coaching to improve turning initial engagements into actual sales meetings.
